Site Engineer

Job Summary: The Site Engineer – Interiors will be responsible for supervising and executing interior fit-out works at project sites. The role involves ensuring quality finishes, timely delivery, material management, and coordination with clients, designers, and vendors to deliver projects as per approved drawings and standards. Key Responsibility: - Supervise and execute day-to-day interior site activities as per approved drawings and project schedule. - Coordinate with designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth site progress. - Ensure the quality of finishing works such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and flooring. - Check site measurements, quantities, and materials required for execution. - Plan daily work and allocate manpower for efficient site progress. - Maintain daily site reports including progress, materials used, and work completed. - Ensure adherence to safety norms and cleanliness at the site. - Assist in verifying material deliveries and ensure they meet design and quality standards. - Resolve site-level issues and communicate updates to the Project Manager regularly. - Coordinate handover and snag rectification works at project completion. Required Qualification : - Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. - 1–5 years of experience in interior fit-out / residential / commercial interior projects. - Strong understanding of interior drawings, detailing, and material specifications. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site documentation. - Excellent coordination and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple vendors and ensure timely completion. - Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes. - Experience in modular furniture, false ceiling, electrical & plumbing coordination. - Exposure to premium residential or commercial interior projects. - Ability to independently manage small to medium-scale sites.
