Analytics Solutions Manager

Job Description Join us for an exciting opportunity to advance your analytics career and drive impactful business insights. As an Analytics Solutions Manager within the Data Analytics team, you will leverage data visualization and analytics to support management decisions and drive operational excellence. You will mentor associates, foster a culture of innovation, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement new capabilities and ensure high standards in data management. Job responsibilities - Develop and deploy advanced BI dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations using Tableau and other BI tools - Analyze business requirements and design, build, and test high-quality data visualizations - Perform data mining and analytics to deliver actionable insights - Query and extract data from multiple sources for dashboards and reports - Enable business-focused reporting and self-serve analytics solutions - Lead and mentor a team of associates, fostering innovation and continuous improvement - Collaborate with Product Owners, Operations, and stakeholders to develop requirements and implement new capabilities Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent business experience - Advanced proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Python, and Tableau - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, Alteryx, ThoughtSpot, and Qlik Sense - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills - Experience in business-focused reporting and enabling self-serve analytics solutions - Team management experience, including oversight and mentoring Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Experience with data-driven storytelling for senior leadership - Commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and best practices in data management and visualization - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Solution-oriented and collaborative approach to building strong relationships
