Job Description

1. User Research and Analysis:

1. Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.

2. Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform design decisions.

2. Wireframing and Prototyping:

1. Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize user flows and interactions.

2. Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.

3. Develop UI/UX strategies aligned with business objectives

3. Usability Testing and Feedback Incorporation:

1. Conduct usability tests to validate design choices.

2. Incorporate user feedback into design iterations.

4. Information Architecture and Navigation Design:

1. Define information hierarchies and organize content effectively.

2. Design intuitive navigation structures.

5. Frontend Development Integration:

1. Create and edit HTML files to structure web content effectively and implement of designs into code

2. Write and debug JavaScript code to enhance interactivity and functionality.

3. Build reusable components and user interfaces using React/Angular, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

4. Stay updated on modern frontend frameworks, libraries, and tools to optimize design-to-development workflows.

6. Required Skills & Tools

1. Design Tools:

1. Figma: Excellent proficiency in layout design, component structuring, and prototyping.

2. Adobe Creative Cloud:

1. Photoshop: Image editing, UI mockups, and visual asset creation.

2. Illustrator: Icon design, vector graphics, and branding elements.

2. Frontend Technologies:

1. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

2. Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js.

3. Familiarity with CSS frameworks (e.g., TailwindCSS, Bootstrap) for efficient styling.

3. Design Principles:

1. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and responsive design.

2. Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability best practices.

3. Strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience in designing and coding for inclusivity.

4. Soft Skills:

1. Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, modern design.

2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
