We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our team and contribute to exciting, large-scale projects. If you have a strong background in design and execution, and thrive in collaborative environments, we’d love to hear from you.
Qualifications
- Master’s in Landscape Architecture with 1–2 years of experience, OR
- Bachelor of Architecture with 2–5 years of experience in large-scale landscape architecture projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on large-scale developments including townships, apartment complexes, plotted developments (20+ acres), and lake/riverfront projects.
- Prepare and review landscape construction drawings, tender documentation, and BOQs.
- Coordinate effectively with clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
- Deliver high-quality project documentation across all stages.
- Manage resources efficiently, maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in handling large-scale projects.
- Strong technical knowledge in construction drawings and documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Salary: INR 30,000 – 40,000 per month
🗓 5-day work week (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
