Job Description Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Rewa with some flexibility for work-from-home. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, analyzing market trends to optimize sales efforts, and reporting on sales performance. The role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Proven leadership and team management abilities, including experience with mentoring and motivating sales teams. - Strong sales acumen, including skills in lead generation, customer relationship management, and closing deals. - Analytical skills for market trend analysis, performance evaluation, and strategy development. - Effective communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal teams. - Proficiency in using CRM tools and productivity software for sales operations and reporting. - Ability to work in a hybrid role, demonstrating flexibility and effective time management for both in-office and work-from-home tasks. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. - Prior experience in financial services or similar industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
