Resolve issues and concerns raised by borrowers to ensure a positive customer experience. - Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies governing the collection process. Stay informed about changes in industry practices and regulations. - Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, risk management, and customer service, to ensure a coordinated approach to collections and resolution of customer issues.
