1. ULB Team Lead

Location: Baramati / Fursungi Uruli Devachi

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

The ULB Team Lead will be responsible for overall planning, execution, and monitoring of Solid Waste Management (SWM) activities under Swachh Bharat Mission Urban (SBM-U). The role involves coordinating with the District TSU, ULB officials, and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of SBM objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead ULB-level operations in line with SBM guidelines.
- Coordinate with District TSU, ULB officials, and local stakeholders.
- Ensure timely implementation of door-to-door collection, segregation, and processing of waste.
- Monitor progress and track achievement of SBM milestones.
- Supervise field teams and ensure adherence to SBM protocols.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports as per SBM reporting formats.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Environment, Civil Engineering, Rural Management, Social Work (MSW/BSW), Management, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years in SWM/SBM projects.
- Strong in Marathi

- Knowledge of SBM components, SWM Rules 2016, and related compliance frameworks.
- Strong project coordination and monitoring.
- Effective communication & stakeholder engagement.
