Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Founder

Location: Navi Mumbai, India (On-site)

Position Overview

Manastu Space is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founder. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in a startup environment and demonstrate exceptional communication and multitasking abilities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the Founder’s daily operations run efficiently and seamlessly.

As a key support figure, the Executive Assistant will manage administrative tasks, coordinate projects, handle communications, and provide logistical assistance, including accompanying the Founder on business trips when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Administrative Support:
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel plans.
- Communication Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing various projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Event Planning:
- Organize internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, and company functions.
- Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Travel Assistance:
- Accompany the Founder on business trips to provide end-to-end support, including note-taking, meeting logistics, and coordination.

Qualifications

- Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills; and high attention to detail.
- Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated, adaptable, capable of handling multiple tasks, and willing to travel as required.
