Role Overview:
We are looking for passionate and energetic Pilates Trainers. The role involves delivering high-quality Pilates training sessions to our members, ensuring safety, correct techniques, and a motivating environment. Trainers from any fitness background with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct Pilates training sessions in both group and personal formats.
- Ensure correct form, posture, and breathing techniques for participants.
- Provide modifications and progressions to suit different fitness levels.
- Build a positive, engaging, and safe environment for members.
- Guide members on injury prevention, recovery support, and body alignment.
- Maintain high energy and motivation during sessions to enhance member experience.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness & Pilates techniques.
- Track member progress and provide personalized feedback.
Key Requirements
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Background in fitness training (Any Fitness Background).
- Enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in split shifts and adapt to flexible schedules.
- Passion for fitness, health, and helping people achieve their goals.
💰 Salary: Up to 6 LPA plus incentive and other benefits.
