Advanced DSA

We are looking for a Technical trainer with 3 to 7 years of hands-on teaching or corporate training experience, proven experience delivering Advance DSA + Java + Advanced Java trainin. The trainer should have strong problem-solving profile (LeetCode/CodeChef/HackerRank preferred) and experience preparing students for placement-oriented coding tests and should have experience handling large batches (100 learners). Roles & Responsibilities ● Deliver DSA + Advanced Java training as per curriculum ● Provide structured notes, code samples, assignments, and practice sheets ● Conduct regular assessments and evaluate student progress ● Support and supervise Capstone Project development ● Guide students in project documentation, deployment, and viva preparation ● Maintain session quality, outcomes, and training discipline ● Share progress updates with coordinators or college POCs Preferred Additional Skills ● Knowledge of Spring Boot for modern Java development ● Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JS) ● Experience developing real-world Java applications ● Familiarity with industry hiring patterns, especially product companies The trainer must have experience in guiding students through end-to-end Capstone Projects, including: ● Helping students finalize project ideas aligned with industry use cases ● Supporting design, architecture, and module planning ● Assisting students in implementing Java/Advanced Java/DSA-backed solutions ● Conducting project reviews, code quality checks, and technical validation ● Guiding students on documentation, deployment, and demo preparation ● Ensuring timely project completion with proper milestones Tools & Platform Knowledge ● Java IDEs: IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, NetBeans, VS Code ● Coding Platforms: HackerRank, LeetCode ● Git & GitHub basics ● Tomcat Server / Deployment tools for Advanced Java applications
