The role is integral to our ERP project implementations, focusing on financial modules. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs. Qualifications and Skills - Proven experience as a Business Analyst specializing in finance modules within ERP systems is essential. - Strong knowledge of Finance modules is required for effective project contributions. - Proficiency in requirement gathering and documenting detailed business requirements is necessary for the role. - Solid understanding of financial processes and concepts to ensure effective collaboration with finance teams. - Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement with effective solutions. - Experience with project management methodologies and applications for successful task completion. - Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and document requirements accurately. - Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
