Location: Pune (On-Site)

Experience Level: 1-3 yrs

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Video Editor/Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a passion for storytelling through video content. You will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality videos for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and create high-quality video content for promotional, educational, and social media purposes.
- Trim footage, add music, voiceovers, sound effects, graphics, and animations.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop compelling video ideas.
- Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Stay up-to-date with video trends, editing techniques, and industry best practices.
- Manage post-production tasks, including color correction, sound design, and rendering.
- Work with stock footage, motion graphics, and visual effects as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or Video Creator.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, and storytelling.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for video content.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous video editing/creation work.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in video production, including shooting and directing.
- Basic knowledge of color grading and audio editing.
- Familiarity with scriptwriting and storyboarding.
- Understanding of SEO for video content.
