Job Description

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of Advanced level of expertise in databases, SQL queries with Teradata or Oracle or SQL Server.
- 5+ years of expertise in ETL Testing
- Good knowledge of ETL Tools - Ab Initio
- Very good knowledge of Datawarehouse, ETL concepts, Unix commands, shell/bash script or any other script language like Python
- Good understanding of Testing fundamentals
- Development and implementation of comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality and ensure compliance with established quality standards
- Demonstrated expertise in SQL, test data Preparation, Defect identification
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, participate in design discussions, and contribute to the development of acceptance criteria, ensuring a thorough understanding of the software being tested
- Root cause analysis for identified defects, working closely with developers to provide detailed information and support defect resolution.
- Experience with Agile (Scrum) methodology and software development approach
- Must come financial services/capital markets/investment banking
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Can work independently with minimum supervision
- Good Communication and analytical skills
- Flexible and adaptable working style to work with multiple stakeholders
- Open to work in UK Shift (10 AM to 9 PM IST with 8 hours of productive work)

Desirable

- Prior experience in Automation skills would be nice to have skills
- Prior experience of working with AWS would be an added advantage.
- Prior experience on Unix platform
- Certification in Banking domain

Education Qualification: B.Tech or MCA
