We are seeking an experienced **Sales Team Leader - Patient Care & Sales** to lead and enhance our sales efforts while ensuring superior patient care and satisfaction.

Position Overview:

The Sales Team Leader - Patient Care & Sales will be responsible for overseeing a team of patient care specialists while driving sales initiatives for Eye Mantra Hospital. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, mentoring the sales team, ensuring high patient satisfaction, and expanding the hospitals patient base. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and a background in healthcare or patient care services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Patient Care Specialists to achieve sales and patient engagement goals.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and patient conversions.

- Set clear performance targets for the team and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the teams sales and customer service skills.

- Monitor team performance and provide continuous feedback for improvement.

Patient Care & Service Excellence:

- Ensure that all patients receive exceptional care and service from inquiry to post-treatment.

- Provide guidance to the team on handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and post-treatment follow-ups.

- Address patient concerns professionally and ensure quick resolution of issues.

- Develop initiatives to enhance patient experience and encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Sales & Business Development:

- Identify potential leads, nurture relationships with prospective patients, and drive conversion rates.

- Promote Eye Mantra Hospitals services, including eye surgeries, diagnostics, and treatments.

- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to execute promotional campaigns, awareness programs, and events.

- Analyze market trends and patient demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in Healthcare Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, patient care, or healthcare services, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve revenue targets.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle patient concerns effectively.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month
