Job Description Organisation: Kripalu Care Foundation Location: On-site, Vrindavan Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities - Design social media creatives, posters, brochures, infographics & campaign assets. - Create clear, human-centric visual communication for awareness & fundraising. - Work with the content and marketing teams to translate ideas into designs - Maintain brand consistency across all digital & print materials. - Adapt field content (photos, reports, stories) into impactful visuals - Develop design templates for faster workflow and long-term brand use. Required Skills - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Figma is a plus) - Strong visual communication & layout skills - Ability to design for both digital platforms and print. - Understanding of NGO/healthcare-sensitive storytelling - Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work on quick turnarounds - Portfolio demonstrating clean, strong design work. - Knowledge of Microsoft Power Point to create presentations is a must. Qualifications - 13 years of experience in graphic designing (NGO or healthcare sector experience is a plus). - A strong portfolio demonstrating AI generated images will be an added advantage. - Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
