Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Implementation Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading software implementations for new and existing clients, conducting product training, and managing client relationships from implementation through go-live.

- Analyse client requirements and configure the software systems accordingly.
- Conduct software installations, configurations, and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on software functionalities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the implementation phase.
- Identify and communicate potential risks, issues, and roadblocks that may impact the implementation process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth implementation and resolve any technical or functional issues.
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance checks to ensure software functionality and data integrity.
- Document implementation processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented software solutions, making recommendations for improvements or enhancements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to software implementation
