Due to its ubiquity and anonymous nature, the Internet is often used as a medium for a variety of generally harmful and often illegal activities. As a Billing Associate, you will be the primary contact for all Billing issues reported on our website. Your ultimate responsibility is to provide support for billing queries reported by Resellers over email and calls. Ensure payments we receive on our website is from a genuine source and Resellers comply to our terms of service. What you'll do & how you'll make your mark. • Review and analyse online payments. • Verify documents received as proof of payments and account ownership. • Processing Domain Arbitration cases. • Resolving Domain name ownership disputes. • Monitor resource utilization of products and services. • Daily operations involving documentation. • Ensuring adherence to ICANN guidelines. • ICANN accreditation for new Registrars. • Registrar liaison and handling operational tasks. • Setting up and managing Registrar Escrow Deposits. Who you are & what you'll need to succeed. • 0-2 years' experience in Risk Assessment, Payment Gateway Support, Customer Service or similar capacity, preferably on an IT platform. • Graduate from any stream. Preferably Commerce, Engineering, or BSC (IT or Computers). • Impeccable communication skills. • Good working knowledge of computers and the Internet; strong ability to develop new skills. • Proficient in MS. Excel and MS. Word. • Logical and analytical thought process. • Avid internet user. • Good investigative skills and strong attention to detail. • Must be willing to work in Shifts.
