Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic Growth Team. You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into paid consultations and full-service enrolments. This is a high-impact role where youll interact with students and parents, understand their goals, and guide them toward the right CollegePass solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Consultative Sales
- Speak with students and parents via Zoom, phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand each family&aposs academic aspirations and recommend appropriate service plans.
- Deliver compelling presentations on how CollegePass can support their admissions journey.
- Close high-value sales through a solution-oriented, trust-building approach.
- Pipeline Ownership
- Manage a personal pipeline of leads through the CRM (HubSpot/Zoho).
- Follow up with warm leads consistently to drive conversions.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales metrics, forecast accuracy, and documentation.
- Collaboration
- Coordinate with the Advising and Operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, marketing campaigns, and sales materials.

Qualifications & Skills

- 36 years of experience in B2C inside sales, edtech sales, or high-ticket consulting.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially in English.
- Experience dealing with international clients or high-net-worth families is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed sales targets in a consultative selling environment.
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable in a high-performance setting.
