Hello Folks, We are Hiring for TOP Product company # Technical Program Manager # Tittle : Technical Program Manager Years : 7+ Location : Bangalore General Shift (9:00 AM– 6:00 PM IST) Immediate - 15 days joiners required JD Core Responsibilities - Drive Alignment & Execution - Coordinate across cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, legal) to ensure smooth program execution and alignment on priorities. - Program Planning & Tracking - Lead program planning, release management, and maintain progress dashboards. Keep stakeholders informed about risks and paths to green. - Issue Resolution & Risk Management - Proactively identify gaps, resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and escalate issues when necessary. - Communication & Reporting - Provide crisp updates on initiatives, progress, and health metrics to leadership and stakeholders. Focus area: - Technical Program Manager will need to work closely with engineering teams to ensure operational excellence—monitoring system health, understanding metrics like availability and severity issues, and helping navigate improvements in engineering processes. This is a key responsibility alongside program planning and execution. Technical Expectations - Familiarity with engineering operations and metrics (e.g., system health, availability, severity issues). - Understanding of system architecture, data flow, databases, and scaling systems. - Ability to partner with engineering teams on operational excellence initiatives. Day-to-Day Activities - Partner on planning and trade-off discussions with cross-functional teams. - Maintain health dashboards for leadership. - Run scrum meetings and scrum-of-scrums. - Keep stakeholders informed about risks and mitigation plans. - Independently provide status updates without dependency on others.
