We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 6-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing web applications using the MERN stack and will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate best practices into development

Skills and Qualifications

- 6-8 years of experience in web development with a focus on the MERN stack
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js frameworks
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
