About the Role OSTTRA IndiaThe Role Product AnalystThe Team The OSTTRA Technology team is composed of Capital Markets Technology professionals who build support and protect the applications that operate our network The technology landscape includes high-performance high-volume applications as well as compute intensive applications leveraging contemporary microservices cloud-based architectures The Impact Together we build support protect and manage high-performance resilient platforms that process more than 100 million messages a day Our services are vital to automated trade processing around the globe managing peak volumes and working with our customers and regulators to ensure the efficient settlement of trades and effective operation of global capital markets What s in it for you As a product manager you ll be working closely with product owners development QA and operation teams in an agile development environment You ll develop and prioritise your product requirements and produce detailed specifications release plans and supporting documentations You will be expected to become the SME of your product This role requires a high degree of integrity motivation discipline persistence and attention to detail The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who thrives on tackling new challenges with a pragmatic approach The successful candidate must be willing to actively engage in feature releases and customer feedback while maintaining a hands-on understanding of our product offerings and experiences This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team based out of Gurgaon and to work with colleagues across multiple regions globally Responsibilities Interface with product owners professional services and other stakeholders to gather and analyze the product requirements and their prioritization Create product specifications and define detailed requirementsMaintain the product roadmap and plan releasesWork closely with R D in an agile environment planning sprints creating user stories and acceptance tests Prioritize and groom the development story backlog Write down the product documentation Collaborate with technical writers to develop product documentation in the form of product descriptions user guides and release notes Provide internal and sometimes customer-facing product trainingEffectively communicate with stakeholders including senior management across various areas of Osttra including Technology Business Development and PMO areas What We re Looking For 7-15 years proven business analysis experience for B2B or enterprise softwareAble to understand the big picture yet drill down to the underlying detailsHands-on with broad technical knowledge -
