Job Description Key Responsibilities - Deliver results with minimal supervision - Prioritize tasks and take ownership of problems within assigned areas - Provide accurate estimates and consistently deliver quality outcomes - Build a track record of reliable, on-time product delivery Technical/Functional Skills - Solve complex problems at the component or feature level - Investigate and resolve issues within owned services - Participate in code and design reviews, seeking performance optimizations - Present and defend technical proposals with sound reasoning and engineering principles - Handle technical details and lead discussions to closure - Recognized as a subject matter expert by peers Analytical Problem Solving & Decision Making - Contribute to solution design and delivery - Adapt constructively to changes in strategy, tech, or organization Business Acumen - Build relationships with cross-functional contacts outside immediate team - Foster collaboration across teams - Interview and evaluate candidates for junior-level roles Requirements - 5+ years of industry experience in Windows-based development using React.js - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field - Proficient in frontend stack: JavaScript, CSS, Sass, HTML - Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale software systems - Strong skills in data modeling, query design, and problem solving - Passion for learning new technologies and systems - 3+ years of experience with Web technologies like SOAP, REST APIs, JSON - Experience in cloud-based application design and development - Experience building CI/CD pipelines through automation - Expertise in one or more of : - Reactive/functional programming - Performance best practices, microservices with DDD - Open source tools, MapReduce, caching technologies - Ability to select appropriate database solutions for structured and unstructured data Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Microsoft stack and technologies in healthcare device industry - Background in designing enterprise SaaS applications in AWS Cloud
