Data Engineer - DBT Exp 4 - 7 years CTC 15 LPA Notice period Immediate Job Location Chennai Profile source Chennai Timings 1 00 PM to 10 00 PM IST Work Mode WFO Mon Fri Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer with a strong background in ETL processes Snowflake and Cloud technologies The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DBT processes pipeline configuration and scheduling as well as proficiency in SQL and PL SQL This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks effectively and contribute to the design and optimization of data infrastructure Responsibilities Develop configure and maintain ETL pipelines using DBT to transform and load data into the data warehouse Work with Snowflake to design implement and optimize data models and storage solutions Integrate and maintain data processes in Azure Cloud ensuring scalability and performance Write and optimize SQL and PL SQL queries to support business requirements and analytical needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements define data needs and deliver high quality data solutions Manage multiple data engineering projects simultaneously balancing priorities and deadlines Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data pipelines and databases ensuring data quality and integrity Continuously improve ETL processes and architecture to meet evolving business needs Qualifications Bachelor s degree in the field of Computer Science or equivalent Certifications in specific technologies or platforms DBT Snowflake Azure or SQL Skills and Experience Required Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in data engineering Ability to work independently and manage time effectively balancing multiple projects and priorities Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams 3 years of experience with ETL processes and pipeline development using DBT 2 years of experience with Snowflake as a data platform 2 years of experience with Azure Cloud and its data-related services 3 years of experience with SQL and PL SQL for querying and managing relational databases
