Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer & Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for real estate and content creation, with a focus on crafting compelling articles, blog posts, social media content, website copy, and other marketing materials to help enhance the brand presence of Vida Bricks.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

- Write clear, engaging, and informative content for the website, blogs, social media platforms, property listings, and other marketing materials.
- Develop content for real estate market trends, property guides, tips for buyers, sellers, and more.
- Monitor and report on website traffic and content performance.

Market Research:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry and incorporate these insights into content.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for content innovation

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team, and sales department to create content that aligns with business
- Assist in developing a content strategy that supports lead generation and customer engagement.
- Provide regular reports on content performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a content writer or creator, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in creating content for blogs, websites, and marketing materials.

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with multimedia content creation (e.g., video production, graphic design).
- Understanding of real estate market dynamics and terminology.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
