Job Description Walkin Drive- Gallagher- Senior Analyst (SSM) - 11th October'2025 Contact Person- Sai Garde/ Mention Sai Garde on resume while coming for Walk-in Drive. Venue: 3rd Floor, Delta 2, Giga space, Viman Nagar, Pune 411014 Role Mandates: 1. Graduate with minimum 4 years of experience in UK Insurance Domain 2. Insurance certification good to have 3. Transition/onboarding of service - good to have 4. SPOC - Single Point of Contact role for operations - good to have 5. Onshore travel experience good to have Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring high-quality Renewal & New Business service delivery 2. Act as dedicated member from GCoE for Account Executives & Account Handlers 3. Responsible for end to end support of the policy lifecycle services 4. Participate in Renewal Strategic review meetings alongside Executives & Handlers 5. Support a team of 4 to 6 Onshore Account Handlers 6. Take Proactive measures to initiate pre and post-renewal activities promptly 7. Monitor and follow up on triggered activities, ensuring their accuracy and timely completion 8. Handle queries effectively, aiming to minimize re-work at service center 9. Collaborates with branch to identify activities that can be offshored to service center 10. Maintain a positive relationship with branch staff to enhance overall customer experience Spotlight - Cafeteria, WFH setup, Joining goodies, Gifts on festivals, Rewards & recognition, Course reimbursements, Health & insurance
