Company Description Air Charter Service are the leading aviation broker globally We now employ over 600 people across the world providing tailored brokering services to our Cargo Commercial and Private Jet customers We re not just the largest charter brokerage in the world but also the largest charter family holding those same values that started this business at the core of everything we do Key Purpose We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our global IT team This role will support the design maintenance and improvement of our cloud-first infrastructure primarily built on Microsoft 365 Azure and Meraki networking technologies The successful candidate will work closely with our London-based infrastructure team to ensure high availability performance and security of our systems and services This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge excellent troubleshooting skills and a collaborative mindset The Mumbai-based engineer will help extend support coverage across time zones contribute to project delivery and play a key role in maintaining operational continuity Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online SharePoint Teams and Intune Manage and maintain Azure infrastructure components such as virtual machines networking storage and identity services Support and monitor Meraki network devices firewalls switches access points ensuring connectivity and performance across sites Assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects including migrations upgrades and new deployments Monitor system performance and availability using appropriate tools respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner Collaborate with the London-based team to ensure consistent infrastructure standards and documentation Contribute to automation and scripting efforts to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks Maintain accurate records of configurations changes and procedures Participate in an on-call rotation or extended support coverage as needed Other Responsibilities To complete any reasonable instruction from a more senior person This should not be regarded as an exhaustive list of duties and the job description may be amended from time to time Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Computer Science IT or related technical degree Strong understanding of networking concepts DNS DHCP VPN firewalls VLANs Knowledge of identity and access management Azure AD MFA Conditional Access Accreditation with Microsoft Cisco Technical Skills Familiarity with Meraki dashboard and network troubleshooting Strong understanding of networking concepts DNS DHCP VPN firewalls VLANs Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation tools Knowledge of identity and access management Azure AD MFA Conditional Access Non-technical skills Ability to manage and work concurrently on multiple assignments Ability to work well within a team and also independently Excellent problem solving root cause analysis skills required Excellent communication and documentation skills Experience Minimum 3-5 years experience in an Infrastructure or Systems engineering role Minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure Additional Information If you are seeking a new opportunity within an innovative company that is always looking for ways to keep up with ever changing technology then you have come to the right place You will be keen to succeed in a dynamic environment in which every day brings a new exciting challenge
