We are seeking motivated Diploma/BSc - Chemistry Trainees to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a laboratory environment while contributing to innovative chemical research and product development.

Responsibilities

- Assist in laboratory experiments and analyses related to chemical compounds and processes.
- Conduct routine tests and quality control checks as per established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, observations, and results in laboratory notebooks.
- Support senior chemists in research and development projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean laboratory environment.
- Prepare samples and solutions for analysis and experimentation.

Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma/BSc in Chemistry or related field.
- Basic understanding of chemical principles and laboratory techniques.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as pipettes, spectrophotometers, and chromatography systems.
- Proficient in data entry and analysis using software tools like Excel or laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols meticulously.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
