Job Description

About the Role:

This role is crucial in ensuring the integrity and reliability of data within Reckitt's core business systems for hygiene, health, and nutrition brands. You will be a champion for data quality, playing a key part in maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

- Data Stewardship: Take ownership of the quality, accuracy, and timely population of data within key business systems, including Quality One, GRAIS (likely Global Regulatory Affairs Information System), and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in the utilization of these key systems and the underlying business processes.
- Data Analysis & Remediation: Analyze data to identify inconsistencies, errors, and potential issues, and take proactive steps to remediate them effectively.
- Data Quality Improvement Initiatives: Develop and propose projects to senior stakeholders aimed at enhancing the quality and reliability of data within critical Regulatory Systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Education: Partner with the broader Operations Regulatory team to foster a deeper understanding of the criticality of key data elements and the processes that govern them, driving more compliant behaviors across the function.
- Performance Tracking & Improvement: Track data performance metrics, develop and implement improvement programs based on the analysis, and provide feedback to peers within Regulatory Operations.
- Project Communication & Governance: Deliver regular updates on ongoing data quality projects through governance forums, clearly identifying blockers, enablers, and shared learnings to ensure transparency and progress.
- Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Apply the principles of Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) to pinpoint the origin of data issues and utilize continuous improvement methodologies to develop and implement effective Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions (CAPA).
