Job Description US & EI Performance Management & Analytics, AS Position Overview Job Title: US & EI Performance Management & Analytics Corporate Title: Associate Location: Mumbai, India Role Description: This role reports to the US & Europe International Private Bank COO team and supports front office revenue-generating activities through business management, MI analytics, and process optimization. The candidate will deliver enhanced RM-level insights across revenues, flows, client relationships, and product performance. Responsibilities include preparing strategic MI for Relationship and Investment Managers, supporting UK location management, assisting Business Managers, and tracking front office system upgrades to improve operational efficiency. Your skills and experience - Post Graduate in Finance with 3+ years of experience - Strong understanding of sales funnels, forecasting and performance metrics. - Data analysis and interpretation to drive business decision making - Experience of developing & enhancing processes using AI - Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and MI tools. - Understanding of financial KPIs and client lifecycle metrics. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Prior experience in banking or financial services preferred.
