Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (SEO & SEM) to lead and optimize our organic and paid search strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience in managing search engine campaigns, and a proven track record of driving results through SEO and SEM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page & off-page SEO optimization.
- Optimize website architecture, content, and backlink profiles to enhance search performance.
- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Optimize ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages for better conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams to enhance search visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure optimal ad spend allocation.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.
- Proven track record in B2B marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in CRO and A/B testing.
