Job Title Digital Marketing Specialist Digital Marketing Manager Job Summary We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team In this role you will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels Your efforts will help increase brand awareness drive traffic and generate leads that contribute to our company s growth and success Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy Planning Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels e g social media SEO PPC email marketing content marketing Plan and manage campaigns to increase brand awareness website traffic and lead generation Conduct market research to understand customer needs competitive landscape and trends Social Media Marketing Create and implement engaging social media content strategies for platforms like Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter etc Manage and monitor social media accounts including posting responding to comments and engaging with the community Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach Search Engine Optimization SEO Content Marketing Optimize website content and blog posts for search engines to improve organic search rankings Conduct keyword research on-page SEO and link-building strategies Create and optimize landing pages blog content and other online materials to engage target audiences Pay-Per-Click PPC Advertising Plan and manage paid search campaigns Google Ads Bing Ads etc to drive traffic and conversions Monitor and optimize ad performance through A B testing budget management and keyword analysis Track ROI and adjust bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance Email Marketing Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads promote products services and maintain customer engagement Segment email lists and personalize campaigns for targeted messaging Track email performance metrics e g open rates click-through rates and adjust strategies as needed Analytics Reporting Use analytics tools Google Analytics social media insights etc to track analyze and report on digital marketing performance Provide regular reports on key performance indicators KPIs including traffic conversions and engagement Continuously evaluate and optimize strategies based on data insights Collaboration Coordination Collaborate with design content and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall brand and business goals Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers to support campaign execution and creative needs Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field Proven experience 2 years in digital marketing preferably in a similar industry Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms Google Ads Facebook Ads Google Analytics SEO tools etc Experience in creating content for websites blogs social media and email marketing Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools e g HubSpot Mailchimp Solid understanding of social media platforms web analytics and SEO PPC best practices Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Skills Certification in Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Blueprint or HubSpot Experience with video marketing influencer partnerships or affiliate marketing Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus Work Environment Full-time position based in Location Hybrid or remote work options available Job Types Full-time Part-time Fresher Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Weekend availability Work Location In person
