Additionally, we own hotels in Kolkata, New Delhi, and Goa, known for their strategic locations. Our Woodbourne Hill resort in Goa is ideal for relaxation and strategic gatherings. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Head of Finance will oversee financial operations, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires working closely with other departments to support organizational goals and drive financial performance. Quality preferably Chartered Accountant with 10 years experience Experience in Finance, Taxation and Investment Strategy Qualifications - IPO handling - CA preferred - Strong skills in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting - Excellent Analytical Skills and solid understanding of Finance principles - Experience in Budgeting and financial planning - Proficient in regulatory compliance and financial auditing - Leadership skills with the ability to manage a finance team effectively - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in the hospitality or education sector is a plus
