Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Lead R&D efforts to develop and improve formulations for PVC plasticizers and related materials. - Mandatory knowledge for the operation of twin screw, single screw extruders, Two roll mill, high speed mixer etc. - Keen knowledge of PVC wire and Cable, PVC leather. PVC footwear, PVC flexible pipe compounding etc. - Conduct and coordinate testing using advanced equipment, including tensile testing machines (UTM), Brookfield viscometer, Density, Shore A&D, Viscometer TGA testing, and Brookfield viscometers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve product quality. - Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and support product development initiatives. Required Skills And Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D within the PVC compounding, PVC Plasticizer Testing & analysis of PVC compound. - Proficiency in operating twin screw and single screw extruders, as well as various testing equipment. - Strong analytical skills and experience with polymer characterization methods. - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
