Job Description Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications. As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products. Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience. Responsibilities displayed in the job posting Oracle Fleet Manager (FM) is a very critical application to manage the Cloud environments, register customer and licenses. Fleet Manager is the core system for Change Manager processing and automation of Cloud environment patching and other system change tracking. Fleet Manager is core system for tracking, automatic and managing the cloud environment activities. Fleet manager is a secure system which provides ability for difference user will respective riles to manage the cloud related activities, it allows user to: - Manage Customers and related configuration. - Manage Customer Success Administrator/Viewer to assign customers. - Environment Administrators, Operations and Provisioning team view and manage the various configuration and setup properties at environment level. - Environment schedules are planned using FM system - Data Center and other OCI information is maintained in FM system. - Patch Bundles, Repository and Change Requests are created and life cycle is managed in FM system - Playbook and Runbook allows user to track and communicate to end user - User assign CRs to engineer and automated the system - FM System is integrated to various system like E2E, JC, etc. for CR processing activities, and get back the status. - CR Processing allows user to track and update the status - FM System has robust notification functionality for internal and external communications. Job Requirements: Responsibilities: . Participate in the overall development effort and complete cycle of the project . Analyze complex technical situations and propose creative, effective solutions . Investigate existing and new technologies to build new features and integration points . Provide high-quality design, code and maintian product features using Oracle Fusion technologies . Interact closely with all the stake holders such as other Development teams, QA, Documentation, Release, Customers etc in ensuring eventual success of the product . Rapidly develop AI-based prototypes and demos to showcase solutions and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into future development iterations. . Define and implement sophisticated evaluation metrics to measure and analyze model performance. . Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, including error analysis, to enhance model development and data quality. . Prepare detailed reports with evidence-based insights to support strategic decision-making. . Work closely with team members to ensure successful and timely service integration. . Participate actively in project planning, review, and retrospective sessions. . Write production-grade code, advocate for best coding practices, and conduct peer reviews to maintain high engineering standards. . Collaborate with internal and external team to collect and curate high-quality data for building and testing AI models based solution. Minimum Qualifications: . Strong academic background from top-tier institutes . 4 - 6 years of experience in product development with Java and J2EE technologies . Proven experience designing and deploying scalable AI models for production environments, with a successful track record of applying AI in real-world applications. Experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) is a strong advantage. . Demonstrated hands-on experience in full-stack development of generative AI models, from data preparation to model deployment, ensuring end-to-end AI system functionality. . Practical experience with emerging LLM frameworks and plugins such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, VectorStores, Retrievers, LLM Cache, LLMOps (MLFlow), LMQL, and Guidance, showcasing your ability to stay at the forefront of AI technology. . Proven experience in designing data collection and annotation solutions, as well as systematic evaluation processes crucial for developing and maintaining high-quality production systems. . Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into broader systems and deliver impactful results. . Demonstrated experience in optimizing, scaling, and monitoring AI systems in production environments, ensuring models meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements. . Good understanding Oracle Database programming including Database design, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL . Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills . Should be a fast learner and be able to collaborate with senior members / architects in the team . Ability to excel under under pressure .
