Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP Ariba Consultant with strong expertise in Upstream modules to lead solution design, implementation, and support activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management (SIPM), and Ariba integration with SAP ERP systems. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Ariba Upstream modules including: - Sourcing - Contract Management - Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP/SIPM) - Ariba Integration (CIG) - Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions. - Configure Ariba upstream modules to support strategic sourcing processes and compliance standards. - Drive solution design workshops, create functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams. - Manage approval workflows, templates, document configurations, and supplier onboarding. - Support integration activities between Ariba and SAP ECC/S4HANA via CIG. - Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot issues, and provide production support. - Prepare training materials and provide user training sessions. - Ensure adherence to procurement best practices and governance policies. - Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, suppliers, and IT teams. Required Skills & Qualifications - 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba Upstream modules. Strong expertise in: - Sourcing - Contracts - SLP / SIPM - Ariba Integration (CIG / PI / middleware) - Strong understanding of source-to-contract (S2C) processes. - Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment. - Ability to create functional documents: BRD, FSD, test scripts, training guides. - Solid understanding of procurement processes and compliance. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
