Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to be part of a network migration project across a distributed, global IT environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT with hands-on involvement or oversight in network migration initiatives. This role is fully remote and requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, virtual team setup. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the network migration project - ensure smooth cutovers with minimal disruption. - Follow and manage detailed migration plans, schedules, and documentation. - Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure issues are resolved promptly. - Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables - Ensure clear and consistent communication across all teams and stakeholders, adapting to different cultural and technical backgrounds. - Prepare and present progress reports and post-migration summaries in professional, fluent English. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience in the IT field, with a strong preference for network migration project experience. - Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken. - Proven ability to work remotely with multi-national teams across different time zones. - Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with network technologies - Proficient in Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with large-scale or multi-site network transitions. - Prior experience collaborating with network engineering or infrastructure teams. - Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM) are a plus.
