Job Title: Telesales Specialist Location: Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to persuade and influence potential customers. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining products or services, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. - Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. - Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales records. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. - Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information. - Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. - Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers. - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings. Requirements & Skills: - Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role. - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally. - Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in [industry-specific telesales, e.g., finance, healthcare, IT, etc.]. - Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management. - Multilingual skills are a plus.
