The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Finance should have: - 8-10 years of experience in food retail chain/restaurants or similar field. - A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field. - Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. - Experience in the retail or food multiples/supermarket industry is highly preferred. - Proficiency in financial software and tools for budgeting and forecasting. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a finance team. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. - A thorough understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the finance sector.
