Skills and Competencies - 3+years of experience in reporting, dashboards and automation. - Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Power Query, and Microsoft Fabric. - Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, and DAX. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. - Knowledge or hands-on experience with Agentic AI concepts, tools, or workflows (preferred). - Experience in reporting automation using AI or scripting tools (preferred). - Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (Azure, AWS, etc.) (preferred). Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Responsibilities Brief Synopsis: Design, develop, and automate business reports and dashboards to support organizational decision-making. - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards. - Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL and Power Query. - Implement and manage data solutions within Microsoft Fabric. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and automation needs. - Develop and optimize data models and ETL processes. - Automate recurring reporting tasks and workflows to improve efficiency. - Provide actionable insights through data analysis and visualization. - Stay up to date with new technologies, especially Agentic AI tools, to enhance reporting automation and intelligence. - Communicate findings and technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
