We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Visa Processing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing visa applications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing exceptional service to applicants.

Responsibilities

- Process visa applications in accordance with government regulations and internal procedures.
- Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with applicants regarding their visa status and required documentation.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including embassies and government agencies, to ensure timely processing of visas.
- Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and correspondence.
- Assist in resolving any issues or inquiries related to visa processing.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in international relations or travel management.
- 0-3 years of experience in visa processing or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and visa processing software.
- Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations in India and relevant countries.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
