Creative Design Strategist

Key Responsibilities - Design and produce graphics that align with our brand's aesthetic and voice. - Collaborate with our core team to develop visual content that amplifies our campaigns as well as the brands we work for. - Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas that drive our visual storytelling. - Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts. - Ensure all designs are optimized for digital platforms while adhering to the latest design trends and techniques. - Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Requirements - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in creative & graphic design. - A keen understanding of how design works for digital and difference in the visuals for different target audiences. - A keen eye for detail and possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality. - Proficiency in standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma). - A collaborative spirit, ready to work in tandem with various teams. - Eagerness to learn, adapt, and flourish in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas. - Prior experience or understanding of the media production and digital marketing domains will be a plus About Urban Talkies Urban Talkies is a dynamic creative agency specializing in video production and social media marketing based in New Delhi.
