To support our team, we are currently looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Executive Mumbai (Contractual).
Job Overview
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing bus partners, ensuring their growth and operational excellence within the FlixBus network. Additionally, you will take ownership of contract management for bus partners across India, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in partnership agreements.
Your Tasks Paint the world green
- Bus Partner Aquisition : Identify, qualify and develop potential pipeline of Bus Partners.
- Drive end -to- end partner onboarding, including contract negotiation and closure.
- Ensure competitive and commercially viable partnership.
- Maintain high partner satisfaction by resolving concerns effectively.
- Address commercial disputes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Drive fleet expansion while optimizing costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.
- Develop, standardize, and manage contracts with bus partners across India.
- Ensure contracts align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, pricing, and legal, to facilitate seamless partner integration and growth.
Your Profile Ready to hop on board
- 2 -3 years hands-on experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial negotiation, problem-solving, and a strategic mindset for business growth.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is required; knowledge of Marathi is preferred, Gujarati is a plus.
- Hybrid role with frequent travel across Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and other key cities to engage with bus partners.
