Company Description Founded by Prof Charanjit S Shah in 1973 Creative Group LLP is a leading architecture firm based in New Delhi Known for winning several national design competitions Creative Group combines an integrated approach and a diverse team of multi-disciplinary experts to produce designs that are not just aesthetically pleasing but also functionally efficient financially viable and conceptually marketable Our team s dedication to innovation and sustainability has established us as a frontrunner in the design community Job Opportunity Project Architect- Jammu Railway Station Industry Architecture and Planning As an architect or engineer you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initial conceptualization to on-site execution Key responsibilities include Constructing clear diagrams using AutoCAD for effective project communication Following up on projects ensuring timely execution with a keen eye for detail Conducting frequent quality assurance checks to ensure regulatory compliance Liaising with government departments and utilizing strong contacts for project facilitation Preparing technical drawings and presentations for client interactions Implementing design concepts aligned with client requirements Collaborating with construction professionals and project teams Demonstrating expertise in 3D software and design aptitude Qualifications B Arch M Arch Min 1 year Good liaising experience with strong contacts in government departments Proficient in AutoCAD Strong project management and communication skills In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards Creative mindset with strong visualization skills Proven experience managing and delivering projects independently Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
