Visit us atwww.bridgesofsports.org Position Overview We are seeking ahighly self-driven and strategic Fundraising Leadto spearhead our fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of success incorporate fundraising, CSR partnerships, and donor relationship management. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to independently deliver results in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Fundraising Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy targeting CSR, foundations, and corporate partnerships. - Identify, approach, and secure new funding opportunities aligned with Bridges of Sports mission. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with CSR heads, corporate partners, and philanthropic stakeholders. Corporate CSR & Donor Management - Manage and grow existing CSR partnerships with a vision of collective portfolio of 50 Cr+ - Ensure effective donor servicing and relationship management through timely updates, project reports, and impact communication. - Align internal program teams with donor expectations and compliance requirements. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting - LeadMIS reportingand performance tracking for all CSR-funded projects. - Prepare detailed proposals, progress reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. - Analyze fundraising metrics to drive strategy and identify new growth opportunities. Strategic Collaboration & Representation - Work closely with CEO to define long-term fundraising goals and strategies. - Represent Bridges of Sports at corporate meetings, industry forums, and CSR events. - Stay updated on CSR policy trends, regulations, and emerging funding opportunities in the social impact sector. Key Requirements - Experience:58 years in fundraising, CSR, or partnerships within the non-profit or social impact ecosystem. - Proven Success:Demonstrated ability to raise and manage CSR portfolios worth 610 crore or more. - Communication:Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities. - Analytical Skills:Proficiency in data-driven reporting, proposal writing, and MIS reporting. - Mindset:Self-driven, proactive, with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial approach. - Education:Master's degree in management, social work, development, or a related field preferred.
