Company MercerDescription About the Role We are based in Gurgaon and would be happy to meet the right prospects about the nature of our business and global opportunities around it The candidate should be willing to join us immediately Location GurgaonFunctional Area Psychometric Design DeliveryEducation Qualification Post Graduate in Psychology MBA in Human Resources Organization Development Organization BehaviorExperience 4 years exp in the field of psychometric assessments consultingKey Responsibilities Background A Supporting the sales and consulting teams in delivery of psychometric assessments to meet business requirements This would include Understanding and analyzing client requirements- job understanding competency mappingManaging and executing client requirements- Full ownership of small to medium sized client accounts- from understanding their requirements to delivering the end product Managing the desired technical behavior of the platform pertaining to psychometric assessmentsWorking on the required content for reporting in terms of BARS descriptors and other relevant documentation B Independently handling content development for simulation-based behavioral tools and ensuring all the content is as per the market requirement C Tracking content availability and managing SMEs for creation of new content as and when required D Managing a team of associates to ensure that all deliveries are met in time and are as per quality standards This includesEnsuring the client requirements are properly understood by the team and are delivered as per expectationsLiaising with other teams sales consulting delivery operations tech in order to ensure client needs are meetManaging team outputMentoring and training team membersQualifications A Post Graduate in Psychology preferably I O Psychology Applied Psychology Organization Behavior Masters in human resources OD OBB Hands-on with data analysis and use of tools like MS Excel and SPSS C Passion for psychological research and ability to use the learnings in new projects D Ability to take initiatives E Very high attention to detail and quality focus F Strong analytical skills with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value G Extremely comfortable in fast-paced high-growth startup environment H Creative and analytical thinker fast learner
