About The Role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They're among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We're looking for a Business Risk Manager to join the Savings team as part of the first line of defence. This isn't a framework or oversight role it's hands-on, operational risk management that directly shapes how our savings products scale safely.

In this role, you'll partner closely with product and operations to identify, assess, and manage risks day-to-day. You'll be among the first to get involved in new initiatives, helping to design sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and protect our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing risk across all savings products, including regulated deposits and partnerships
- Identifying, assessing, and remediating risks (credit, liquidity, third-party, operational)
- Collaborating with product teams and operations managers on daily risk activities
- Supporting incident management, control, testing, and risk reporting
- Partnering with Savings leadership on risk-related matters

What You'll Need

- Experience in financial services risk management, ideally in first-line roles
- Experience working directly with product and operations teams beyond frameworks and oversight
- The ability to manage incidents and deliver practical risk solutions
- Stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance detail and business prioritiees

Nice to have

- Experience with savings, deposits, or investment products
- Experience in a startup or high-growth fintech environment
- Broader financial services background across multiple risk types
