Job Description

Role- Compliance Intern

Location Gurgaon, India

Experience 0-1 years

Duration 3 Months

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, especially those from IRDAI, RBI, and SEBI.
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the main liaison between internal teams and IRDAI, facilitating communication and submissions
- Support the preparation of compliance documentation and regulatory reports for authorities.
- Create and present dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva for management and regulators.
- Coordinate across departments to streamline compliance processes.
- Assist in audits and risk management activities related to compliance.
- Investigate compliance breaches and collaborate with legal teams to resolve issues.
- Conduct training sessions to promote compliance awareness among employees.

Additional Skills:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex regulatory matters clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Canva experience is a plus.
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the regulatory/compliance domain.
- Basic understanding of insurance regulations (especially IRDAI guidelines) is desirable.
