A legacy of excellence driving innovation and personalized service to create exceptional customer experiences About H E Services At H E Services vibrant tech center in Hyderabad youll have the opportunity to contribute to technology innovation for Holman Automotive a leading American fleet management and automotive services company Our goal is to continue investing in people processes and facilities to ensure expansion in a way that allows us to support our customers and develop new tech solutions Holman has come a long way during its first 100 years in business The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing vehicle fabrication and upfitting component manufacturing and productivity solutions powertrain distribution and logistics services commercial and personal insurance and risk management and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States Join us and be part of a team that s transforming the way Holman operates creating a more efficient data-driven and customer-centric future Read more about us Roles Responsibilities A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions The UX designer is responsible for creating innovative solutions for a wide variety of product platform design challenges including mobile desktop hardware interfaces physical environments and person-to-person interactions Create satisfying compelling experiences for users of a product platform often drawing on results from user research and workflow analysis Monitors user experience and ensuring that websites software programs and product platforms are both appealing and easyfor customers to use Assists with the design for new experiences and improvements of existing experiences by developing and maintaining detailed user-interface specifications Plans and defines strategy for the direction of future iterations or sprints and quickly iterates on multiple interactive design solutions and work through details Advocates for design solutions highlighting inputs that influenced the decisions including business and user goals demographic and usage data and research findings Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams graphic designs storyboards and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Presents design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback Delivers work thats not only user-friendly aesthetically engaging but which also produces results Must Required Skills Familiarity with wireframing software such as Figma Uizard Microsoft Visio Adobe InDesign or Axure Experience in HTML CSS and JavaScript a plus Familiarity with design programs and tools such as Photoshop Illustrator Fireworks and InVision Communications Excellent communication presentation and storytelling skills Demonstrate strong creative technical and problem-solving skills Ability to interact and work with employees at all levels in the organization including business units Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to explain complex concepts to non-specialists UX designers are expected to be self-directed but also collaborative Planning Focus Creativity passion and attention to detail Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and a willingness to keep skills and industry knowledge current Collaborate effectively with UX designers web developers and graphic artists Ability to understand business metrics and translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate ideas to developers Knowledge of industry tools like Adobe Zeplin OmniGraffle Illustrator and Sketch Problem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challenges Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Analytical mind with business acumen Ability to work both independently and in a team Attention to detail and mastery of information design Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and make appropriate decisions Education Science Background is Preferred Concentrations in visual design communications computer science or related is a plus Additional education certifications or other distinctions are a plus Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs i e Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint Project Visio SharePoint etc
