Job Description We are looking for a QA Engineer with solid experience in manual, automation, and performance testing to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities - Analyze technical documentation and requirements to plan, design, and implement comprehensive test strategies. - Build and maintain automated test suites for backend, API, and frontend using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or AI-driven tools, following POM, BDD, or data-driven approaches. - Utilize AI and machine learning techniques in testing workflowsfor example, in predictive test case selection, self-healing test scripts, visual testing, or anomaly detection increase efficiency and reduce test maintenance. - Perform manual testing and write clear, thorough test cases. - Conduct performance and load testing using tools like JMeter to evaluate scalability and responsiveness. - Use SQL and related tools for data validation and database testing. - Integrate and maintain CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Jenkins. - Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to improve product quality and user experience. - Diagnose issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution. - Support debugging and issue triaging efforts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices. Requirements - Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Advantage: Working knowledge of DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code (e. g., Terraform), containerization (e. g., Docker), and monitoring/logging tools. - 4+ years of experience in QA, with strong exposure to test automation and performance testing. - Proficiency in functional, regression, integration, and system testing methodologies. - Experience with defect management tools like JIRA. - Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills. - Quick learner with a proactive mindset. - Committed to timelines and adaptable in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
