Key Responsibilities: - Primary Research: Conduct in-depth primary research by engaging with industry experts, conducting surveys, and gathering qualitative and quantitative data. - Data Analysis: Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and company performance to provide clients with detailed insights. - Report Preparation: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and memos summarizing findings and recommendations. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand client needs and deliver customized research solutions. - Market Intelligence: Monitor financial news, trends, and developments to keep up-to-date with market conditions. - Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient research processes and methodologies to enhance output quality. Qualifications and Skills: - Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in investment research, primary research, or market analysis (freshers with strong academic backgrounds may also be considered). - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus. - Research Aptitude: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders. - Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in research and reporting.
